Purpose Statement
To provide general recruitment and administrative and office support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist’s.
Experience
2 – 3 years proven administration support experience in a similar environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
National Certificate in Office Management and Technology / Office Administration
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources
Knowledge
Minimum:
Knowledge of HR/Recruitment systems, practices and procedures
Ideal:
Recruitment administration would be advantageous
